June Brewery Feature: Low Tide Brewing

Keeping local brews on tap here at Charleston Beer Works allows us to connect with the community while serving up some tasty drinks! This month we’re featuring local Charleston brewery Low Tide Brewing, located on Johns Island! All month long, we’ll be serving up pairing recommendations with our menu items along with their craft beers.

Our June featured brewery opened their doors on March 12, 2016 on Johns Island. The name Low Tide Brewing came to fruition while the founders were kayaking on the waters around the island in 2012.

Their passion is rooted in connecting beer with people, food, and the environment that we share as a community. In Charleston’s already talented culinary scene, Low Tide Brewing is drafting up some new ideas to enrich the craft beer market. Not only is their team creating new beers for their brewery but they are also working with chefs, bartenders, and restaurant owners to create flavors tailored and cultivated for  complementing pairings.

Inspired by the spirit of the tides, waves, and wind of the Lowcountry, Low Tide Brewing brings people together with their beers for any celebration or occasion. We are honored to feature their beer selection at Charleston Beer Works in June as part of our local brewery showcase and we are proud to serve their beer year-round!
